STRADA EASEL CHALLENGE

This year, I decided to take part in the Strada Easel Challenge, where I created a new painting from life every day in September.

I'm very pleased to have completed the challenge with 30 oil paintings on panel, which together form the STRADA 2025 COLLECTION and gave me an opportunity for intensive practice.

All of these artworks were painted in the alla prima style, meaning each piece was started and finished in a single painting session.

As the first three weeks of the challenge were marked by poor weather, I ended up painting more still lifes than landscapes.
