SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is free on all paintings sent to U.K.​​ addresses


For international orders (E.U. included)

Contact me and I will give you a quotation for the shipping cost.
Products may be subject to additional fees such as handling/customs fees and/or import tax upon delivery to the destination country. This is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional incurred fees. Delays due to the payment of these fees is the responsibility of the customer and postal service.


Preparation time

Paintings available for sale are packed and dispatched by myself in about 2-3 working days. 

 

Shipping time

About 2-5 working days via courier tracked and signed.

Packaging

I personally pack them with bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard boxes and ship them by courier to your door.

REFUND POLICY​

Faulty or damaged items
I always take personal care in packing my paintings by using sturdy boxes and providing you a photo of the packaging before giving it to the courier, but if the one you bought arrives damaged or is lost in transit, let me know asap via email. 

I will require evidence of the fault or damage to be provided, so you will have to email me a photo of the damaged painting.

I will give you all the information to set up the item return.

Please, keep any packaging as you have to use that for returning the painting to me via tracked and signed shipping at your expense.

Cancellations & refunds
You have the right to cancel specific orders up to 14 days after the order is placed unless the item is a commissioned one.

To return a painting to me pack it securely using the same or equivalent packaging material that it arrived in.

I will refund you within 14 days of receiving the painting in perfect condition.

I will refund in full including delivery (if paid by the buyer) but return postage will be paid for by the buyer.

 

These terms apply to both UK and Overseas delivery. These terms do not apply to commissions.
